My foundation is rooted in marketing. For over 15 years, I worked within corporate environments, leading initiatives and collaborating with designers, agencies, and creative partners to bring ideas into focus. That experience offered a perspective from the other side—an understanding of what brands need not only to look refined, but to communicate with clarity and purpose.
I later deepened that foundation through a Master’s degree in Marketing, where my appreciation for brand positioning and visual language became more defined. Over time, what began as strategy evolved into a desire to create.
Lettering entered my practice quietly—first through calligraphy, then through a more deliberate exploration of drawn letterforms. What began as curiosity became a discipline. I immersed myself in the study of form, learning from contemporary voices such as Ken Barber, Martina Flor, Jessica Hische, and Stefan Kunz, as well as masters whose work continues to define the craft, including Doyald Young and Mortimer Leach.
Today, my work brings these two worlds together—designing logotypes that are not only expressive, but anchored in meaning. Each piece is shaped with precision, guided by strategy, and created to endure beyond trend or moment.
I am drawn to clarity, balance, and quiet confidence. My process values thoughtful dialogue, considered refinement, and an attention to detail that allows each identity to feel both distinctive and resolved.
Originally from Colombia, I have been based in the United States since 2017. I live with my husband, our five children—an environment that is as dynamic as it is grounding.
If your brand calls for something considered, enduring, and deeply intentional, I would be glad to begin the conversation.
